Easler Education Inc., the education company that owns and operates DrugTestingCourses.com, is ecstatic to announce that its co-founder and lead drug testing course instructor, Andrew Easler, is now one of only forty-one individuals (as of the date of this release) who have received the Regional Certified Professional Collector Trainer (R-CPCT) Designation from the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA). As a result, DrugTestingCourses.com can now offer DATIA’s Certified Professional Collector® courses to its students.
“This has been an incredible week for DrugTestingCourses.com! First, Easler Education received Approved Education Provider status from NAADAC, The Association for Addiction Professionals, to provide its members with continuing education credits, and on Friday, September 23, 2016, the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) issued the R-CPCT designation. It is rewarding to know that a corporate educator’s hard work, experience, and dedication can be recognized by a leading industry organization like DATIA,” says Andrew Easler, co-founder.
Ever since the regional training program was started in 2002, DATIA’s collector training course has become the industry standard for excellence and now stands as proof of dedication to the profession. Demand for this course and designation is expected to increase as the United States Department of Transportation, federal agencies, and employers require greater accuracy in the drug testing process and expect greater qualifications from the collectors who safe-guard the practices. To meet the increased need for DATIA Certified Professional Collectors, DATIA has partnered with key professionals like Andrew Easler to expand the reach of the association through sponsored training courses to reach those in rural areas, smaller cities, and in the situations where regional training is more appropriate for Certified Professional Collector (CPC) training.
James T. White, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Easler Education Inc. says, “I can’t begin to express how good it feels being a part of something that is growing in leaps and bounds each and every day! I wake up in the morning only to find out that we have received even more industry recognition and accolades—our mission when we started was to create the “Harvard” of drug testing education and we are well on our way to accomplishing our goals.”
Not only does DrugTestingCourses.com now offer the Certified Professional Collector® program, but it also offers other drug testing training courses and also helps would-be entrepreneurs start their own drug testing businesses.
The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) was founded in 1995 and has grown to represent over 1500 member companies, and expanded its scope. DATIA now represents the entire spectrum of drug and alcohol service providers including collection sites, laboratories, consortiums/TPAs, MROs, and testing equipment manufacturers.
